The fourth grade scientists at St. Ann Model School spent the month of November reading a nonfiction science trade book on a topic of their choice and then spent time creating a game for their classmates to play with them. There were a wide range of topics studied including dinosaurs, space, DNA, rocks and minerals, and animals.
Students brought in their games in December just in time to play with their classmates in between rehearsals for the Christmas performance. There was great excitement as the scientists admired each game and had the opportunity to learn about some different topics while having fun playing a game!
