A Lesson In Baptism Comes to Life
By Mrs. Cindy Ramos, 2A Teacher
For two weeks, second grade students have been studying and discussing the importance of Baptism in their Religion class. They learned about the steps one needs to take in order to be baptized and looked at the symbols of the sacrament and their meaning. With this new learning under their belt, the students were eager and excited to baptized their own “furry friends.”
After a reading from the Bible, a few songs and talk by Religious Education principal, Mr. Bob Noguchi, students lined up to have their special friends baptized. These proud second graders couldn’t look any happier!
